About Kustomworks ...

Kustomworks was founded by Iain Poole. Iain has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lincoln University.
After a while working in the offshore industry for a 3d Swathe Bathymetry Company he decided to move back into the industry which has always been his first love Audio visual. Iain has worked for some of the market leaders within the industry be they integrators or manufactures. Kaleidescape for instance. Iain found that the roles he undertook seemed more and more restricted by the people he worked for, so in 2008 he decided to follow his dream to completion and create Kustomworks.

When Kustomworks began, we had one vision be the best in the market. Many company’s claim that they are the best but always fall short of the finishing line, and more than  often disappoint their clients. To achieve this goal we had to decide what we would have to do differently? And what would set us apart from every other company in the market place. The answer was simple be the best at what we do. By continually listening to our clients and improving our knowledge via continued product training

How will we achieve this?

We will aim to deliver high quality products and services to our clients which will meet their requirements and expectations. We are aiming to build long term customer relationships and exceed each of our clients expectations. We will achieve this by building strong relationships with our suppliers and by ensuring our employees have the correct expertise and knowledge to deliver.

This is great, but we also needed the company to be founded on core values that would allow the company to endure.
